The iStable mobile application is the companion application to the iStable Web stable management platform. iStable mobile may be utilized by both care providers and owners that have been provided access to their horse portfolio.

The mobile application is specifically designed to provide your organization the features needed to manage its stable operations anywhere, at any time, from any device. All data is centrally maintained in the cloud so all users are always current with the very latest, accurate information on every horse.

Complete scheduled daily, weekly, monthly or interval based activities. Historical view of completed activities is always present. View activities by horse or view all incomplete activities across all horses to allow for a quick overview and easy means to complete many activities at once.

Record new horse care activities on the fly as they are performed to always have the latest information recorded for the horse.

All recorded activities are instantly available for billing purposes - no re keying later during the invoicing process.

-Multimedia

Maintaining a gallery of photos and videos for the horses has never been easier. Take new pictures and videos or upload existing ones directly from the camera roll. The uploaded pictures and videos are instantly made available to all personnel including the horse owners. Owners can view the pictures and videos directly in the app or via the iStable website.

-Documents

All of the documents you maintain for a horse in the iStable web platform are also available for viewing in the mobile app. Pedigrees, coggins, veterinary / health reports, training reports and any other document you use in your operation is available for viewing and sharing.

-Notes

Communication and historical records are an important aspect of horse care. General and Owner Specific notes for each horse may be entered with the option to mark them urgent. The easy way to communicate with Owners on the go. The system will automatically email and notify owners of new notes saving tremendous time and increasing owners satisfaction.

-Location

Easily manage the locations of all horses within the stable or farm. Moving and tracking a horse is now made simple and easy. A full historical view of all horse locations by date and time is at your fingertips.

-Horse Details

Robust, detailed information for each horse is always available when you need it. From the horse’s contacts (Owners, Veterinarians, Farriers, Insurance providers, etc.), to registration and identification information all the detail fields are present for reference.
